1) Presentation of Director's Reports
2) The Executive Board is proposing the following amendment to Section 10.5 of the Constitution (Associate Membership) and Section 4.0 (2) Qualification of Directors.
An Associate Member who is elected to the Executive Board or serves as Chairperson on one of the 3 Standing Committees; Cruising, Membership or Social Committees; he/she will then have the same voting rights as a full member only for the duration of their tenure as an officer of the Executive or Standing Committee Chairperson.
3) Announcement of 2008 Membership fees
